McDonald's in Kulmbach

A little long waiting time despite pre-order. Ü

The term fast food should be reconsidered here. No operation and forever waited. Food was good, but the long wait is a downer.

It would be 5 stars if not every time I wanted an ice cream, the machine wouldn't break 😅

Ordered online and still waited 15 minutes for the order on site. Cheeky and unfriendly service and the order wrong (forgotten things, wrong sauces ...) you don't expect much from the taste anyway. If it weren't for the children and if there were alternatives in the area, I would never go there again. So I get annoyed again and again (about once a year). But the branch has surpassed everything so far

Minimal service and cold food ...

Eating mostly cold and incomplete. Probably because of the communication between the employees

Forget apple pockets Fries cold And I'm supposed to eat the salad with a knife because the forks are out. Nobody understands German there.

Rather belongs to the bad MC Donalds restaurants. There is always something missing, even now that only the drive is open, several products are missing. The food is basically cold, you can tell that it has never been freshly prepared. But at least the employees are halfway friendly.

An early coffee still works, but sugar and milk are often mixed up. If you don't check your bigger order, it's your own fault, forgetting the french fries with the McMenu. You probably can't get napkins either 🤷🏼‍♂️ I'm not coming anymore for now

Bad mess. Went there 2 times this year and had wrong items in the order twice even though I ordered from the machine. They are stressed and annoyed when you point out the mistake. Forget the toys with the children at the Happy Meal. Thanks for this drama 😟🙄

I don't go to Mc Donalds anymore because there are no mouthguards, the people who eat and go out without a face mask

The meal was ready relatively quickly and I got my extra portion of caramel on my McFlurry.

Of the last 5 Mc Drive visit ... Forgot sauces 2 times 1 wrong drink 1 time completely wrong food Not until home, of course. Top number people👍🏼 Otherwise just Mc Donalds, like any other. Will generally avoid the shop again is not real food anyway.

Didn't taste good, my coffee also tasted extremely like cinnamon, even though I ordered a normal coffee. Many of the waitresses don't even speak German and I couldn't stand the food there either.

Very nice staff and the food preparation that you ordered is ready quickly and very tasty.

We got our food really quickly and it was still very hot 👍🏻

I had to wait at the "cash desk" for more than 10 minutes until I was allowed to order and was simply ignored by the staff (I was alone in the local)

Poor, rude service. Get multiple wrong products in the McDrive. Employees do not wear mouth-nose protection properly over their mouth AND nose or at all.
